Truth and Lie explores duality, perception, and the shifting nature of identity through a symbolic and psychologically charged composition. The mirrored figures suggest a division between what is revealed and what is concealed, while the act of reflection introduces ambiguity between reality and illusion.

Surrounded by wolves—often associated with instinct, loyalty, and hidden threat—the scene intensifies the tension between opposing forces. The presence of the mirror and the contrasting gestures of the figures invite the viewer to question what is genuine and what is constructed.

Rooted in allegory and imaginative realism, the work combines classical technique with contemporary symbolism, creating a layered narrative where meaning emerges through contrast, reflection, and interpretation.
